Hey ladies!
Just want to update y'all on the "Mothers Milk" tea and so far i have seen some changes in my breast milk.
ONE: my milk smell like the tea lol nothing bad
TWO: without even pumping or breast feeding him as much due to me working during the day
My body still produces milk A LOT so that's good.
I'm seeing results but hopefully they stay that way
