My husband got his pay stub and he was confused on why his check is more. Turns out last weeks check he got a raise and this week check he got another raise. In total he got a $1.60 raise and no one told him about it. He makes the same amount of money compared to people that have been working there a year longer than him and he is oh a dollar away from making the same amount as a guy who has worked there over six years. I told him not to say anything to any of his co-workers until he talks to his supervisor. Don't need angry co-workers because his supervisor decided to give him a big raise. Usually he only gives 30 or 60 cent raises to people.
