I guess I'll just have to wait I have a retest next week , but if it's still negative I'm sure they'll do an ultrasound to see what's going on

And by now you'd be 5 weeks so they'd be able to see a sac at least

Blood tests have to be at a certain number to be considered positive but if you look at the number and it's above 5 it's positive but they won't consider it positive until like 30. You probably had an evaporation line on your hpt since bloods are negative.

@raisinghazel, I don't really trust blood test i had a negative one with my daughter and we'll now she's here and 4 months old

@bryanna787 they say blood test are more accurate. But to ease my own mind I would retest every week. You could also be having or have had a miscarriage but the hcg is still in your system that's why you get a positive home test

Okay thanks , @raisinghazel, I'm going back and forth with the doctors if I'm pregnant or not my period is a week late and I got a positive home test but a negative blood test
