Both of the hospital's I delivered at had wipes, yes, but just like @dreamermom the hospital I had my 29 weeker at had pads you add water to and that's what we used as wipes. The other hospital I delivered at had actual wipes, but they weren't pampers or huggies or anything fancy.
It depends on your hospital! We were fortune bc they gave us everything from diapers, wipes to hazel witch pads, Breast pads and even toothbrush! The only thing they didn't offer was nipple cream and I had it with me!

They had like cotton pads that I wet with warm water... but mine was a NICU baby, so they try to not use anything harsh on their skin

You can always pack like a travel size pack and if you need more send someone to pick some up
