I know I should probably lay down as soon as I lay her down, considering how little sleep I actually get. But there's a reason I wait an hour before laying down. Actually, a couple. Sometimes she wakes up 20-30 mins into sleeping, every once in awhile she'll wake up 45 mins. But if she's asleep for the full hour, she's out for a couple hours. It never fails that if I lay down when I lay her down, she's fussin just as I am dozing off to sleep. And it takes me a good while to fall asleep. (Feels that way anyway) the other reasoning, and I'm glad my hunny understands, I need some time to recoup. 💚💙💤💤
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
I’m so tired but I can’t sleep. Every time I lay the baby down he wakes up after like 10 minutes. 😴
for some reason when I fall asleep I keep winding up laying on my back. is that safe? aren't I not supposed to lay on my back for long periods of time?
Ok..my daughter only likes to fall asleep if she's cuddling with me. Like laying down with me....and I fall asleep with her........I just get so tired and just fall asleep...😞
Can't sleep through the pain😭 phoned triage got to wait till pains are 3-4 mins apart, lasting 1 minute for an hour, already at 5 mins apart lasting 1 minute. Hopefully not long before I can go in! Just can't believe it's actually happening! Surprised myself with how well I'm coping, I haven't cried yet and I've not used one single curse word😂
