lol I'm not sure what you mean....!!😐😮but I didn't yell or scream and throw stuff around I mean it was my first time but it went by fast soon as I got the epidural I was in pain but eating the Ice took my mind off all that I even took a nap before delivery my son lol😂🙌😊
My doctor told me all the yelling does is take away from the pushing. Lol so I just held my breath & pushed. I guess u would consider mine a quiet birth.
@beautytorrey oh no hun none of that maybe one nurse telling you when to push but actually my mom was the run doing all that lol crazy but yes that would sound so perfect with the soft music but I didn't think of all that cool
Depends upon where you give birth. Most hospitals aren't like that. If that's what you're interested in I'd look into a birthing center where it's a most holistic approach to birth. But they had the spotlights on and everything for mine. It took about an hour to get stitched and cleaned up and they all left and we had the lights dimmed then.

What do you mean by quiet birth? Lol
For me I just laid there. I'm not a screamer or anything. I just sat silently in pain. Not sure if thats what you mean or not?

Hmm. No mam. We had a regular lights on, doctor and nurse's talking & no music...But sounds like something I'd b interested in.
