I didn't but I tore and they didn't tell me til I looked up and saw the stitches and I didn't feel anything. It's the aftermath that sucks, like I'm 2 weeks pp and I still feel the pressure down there even though the stitches are dissolved now

I did and she didn't even tell me until after I pushed didn't feel a thing and I had no meds either
