@katlovesj, they didn't they told me I would have to go somewhere else to get it that doesn't have it with latex. But they didn't tell me anywhere to go or anything

I didn't have one. He got it after birth. I opted out of it while pregnant. OB said it was perfectly fine.

@haliegh.small@jacesterlingsmommy, The baby cannot be vaccinated for the whooping cough vaccine (tdap) until they are 2 month old so that is why you get the vaccine so that it goes to the baby. I do not know how your baby got it after birth. Only the pre filled syringes have the latex in it. You would just need to have it filled in front of you.

True, he had it at 2 months old which is what i meant by after birth. Not necessarily like when he was in hospital. There hasn't been enough research on it either to know 100% for sure if it'll even protect baby while pregnant. I did research on it and did what I felt was right. @rainbowbabym

I opted out of getting it. I'm against vaccinations for myself. My doctors didn't even bring it to my attention, so I didn't have to say no.
