Omg!! 7 months pp and I still get them every now and then it's the weirdest thing it feels so much like when my son would kick me! 😂😂

I'm 7months PP and I get them still. Scares me sometimes bc my period is usually just spotting so I'm always like "oh shit what if I'm pregnant and I don't know" 😂😂😂

It can last up to 2 or 3 years! It's really muscle spasms but they just call it phantom kicks!
