Yeah they're doing it for the second year in a row to my fiancé. Sucks!

They have been doing that with taxes since 2010 they did that to me then!

@ashcos, I knew it was coming sooner or later, just was hoping it wasn't the majority of my return.. I figured they'd take a little at a time..

Yeah that's why I claimed my son not my fiance so I got back alot more than I would have without claiming him. At least the tax return is going to something you need to pay off anyway.
