Already took Tylenol! What else can I do for a major headache while 13weeks

Drink water

Water is the answer to everything. Most headaches are because you are dehydrated and rehydration will make it go away or ease it up ,you'll hardly tell

Def agree with @jujubee2772 about water. There isn't really much that can be done besides tylenol. Try and relax and have a bath.

Ice packs on your temples in a dark room.

Water and nutrition are my first go-to's if I get a headache. Most of the time, it has to do with one of those.
