@prettyx0 I get bad acod reflux & heartburn before pregnancy so when I found out my 1st concern to my doc about what meds could or couldn't be taken. & most antacids are fine. Tums smoothies work wonders! But I also have to take either prilosec or zantac 1x daily bc its that bad. Zantac is more an instant relief prilosec needs about 24hr be4 kicking in.

My ob prescribed me with Zantac and it works wonders!

I drink a glass of milk and that is literally my life saver. I also read bananas help too. And yes tums are safe :)

Apple cider vinegar makes me soooo sick 😣😐 I used to drink it prior for months to clean my body out, help with my acne etc, and it never worked. It gave me heartburn :(

With my first 2 I ate tums like crazy but times have definitely changed so I didn't know what I can take anymore :(
