It takes time sometimes. My daughter did the same thing but I would put it in her mouth, not forcefully, and just hold my fiver over it. She eventually took to it. So far she only likes the Soothie.

I tried this one it looks similar but she still gags on it @morganmommy79

my baby only takes Soothie, she screams if I try to give her any other one.

my son will only take soothie the brand of bottles he gets makes a paci and he wont even take thar
