Day 3 of lotions and mild soap, no luck. Does this look like a milk allergy? I'm desperate here :(

If you breast feed put breastmilk my baby girl had it and it was pretty bad but breastmilk would always take it away put some on his face then air dry it and do it every 4 hours :)

@hkitty84 I did, all she did was give me eucerin lotion

Plz let me know if you find anything tht works. Im on day 3 if using cetaphil on my lil one for the same thing and i dnt think it working either. My bro is sending me California baby to try said it worked for his son

Breastmilk mama. Give him a milk bath. Breastmilk is amazing my son was breaking out and i soley put breastmilk on it it cleared up

@princess_xox I actually just gave him one, the redness has gone down a lot but still bumpy.
