Mine was out everyday because he had jaundice and I had to go to the lab every morning and then day 3 for his doctors appointment and then day 7 for his hospital follow up on jaundice so he was out from birth. My first didn't until about a weeks after he was born
You can go out as soon as you feel better. Just make sure your little one isn't expose till the 2months shots (if you re planing on them). I put my sweet one in his stroller and cover everything...

When we were release which was 4 days after she was born because I needed to buy breast pads and such since no one warned me. 😂😂😂
