I have a big question. So my last period went from January 15 to the 21st. I lost my bc pills soon after. ( I know stupid right?) so on the weekend of the 10-13 I had unprotected sex. My period should have started between the 12 and 15th. It is now late. I have been feeling nauseated crampy hit and cold flashes. My nipples are also sore. Could I be in the beginning stages of pregnancy?

Could be. Or could be effects of your body being off birth control. Only way to know is take a test

I have been off bc for nearly a month I never took it properly to begin with but I had the nexplannon removed because it was digging into my muscle that was almost 2 months ago. I have taken a couple tests from the Dollar Tree but the have come back negative.

It sounds like you didn't have sex during ovulation going off those dates. It's too close to your due period to even get pregnant. You would of had to had sex the last few days of January or the 1st of February to most likely conceive. If they're coming back negative odds are they're negative. Wait a couple weeks and retest if you hadn't gotten your period by then.
