Can a ten month old have mac and cheese sorry if this is a stupid question

I don't have a 10 month old but my friend has been feeding her baby real food for a while. She is 10 months

I've been giving my child table food since she was 10 months. It's perfectly fine

Ohhh. Well slot of moms astray their kids on milk before they are one so I don't see how it would hurt.

As long as she has teeth , my son tries to eat my green beans and he has no teeth lol they also have mac n cheese baby food lol
