Ladies I am 21 weeks pregnant and I never feel my baby move eventhough when i go to the ultrasounds he moves a lot but i just never feel him. Is this normal?

My bf moved with me to be closer to my family when I got pregnant. He has made it clear he hates living so close to my parents and wants to move.
