Ftm here. 3 weeks postpartum. How much milk should I pump in one sitting? Per boob?

Varies for each person honestly. There really isnt a set amount. At that point for me I was pumping about 10+/- oz in 15 minutes every 4 hours or so because I just breastfed in between when I didn't pump. Do you think somethings wrong?

There's definitely things to do that can help boost your supply.

I've tried eveything. but I think it's because I'm lazy an won't pump after like 9 pm or before 6 am...

Plus some days I barely get to pump cause my baby demands a lot of attention @jacesterlingsmommy

Eh I wouldn't even say it's that. Your body will be used to not needing milk at night but if you're still actively nursing during the day it should stay just where you need it to be unless you're not EBF. Breastfeeding is alot of work and alot to maintain.
