Best stroller that is light weight and a newborn can go in and is cheap!

I won't have a carrier. I'm avoiding a carry car seat because I have a one year old I just want it for my one year old and my newborn I found a few. I just want small light weight. Easy to move. Like that way if the baby has to go in the stroller I can put him/her in there!
