anyone have any remedies for the stomach flu? been throwing up all night. so thirsty... but everytime i drink some water i throw it back up 😷
Don't worry about food your body is take anything in your body and giving it to the baby. Focus on getting hydrated first
Don't eat until you can keep water down! I had this at 12 weeks didn't eat for 24 hours
Pedialyte is stronger then Gatorade. When you have a bad bug you only take a tablespoon every 15 minutes for a hour if you keep it down then take a little more
I went through the same thing two weeks ago. just sip on ice cold water. and literally sip. I had to drink from a baby bottle (not one for my little girl. just something for me) cuz my stomach would not take anything. and research intestine friendly foods and snack on those. I know rice was on the list. don't eat too much of it. just small portions at a time. and try try try to stay hydrated for your LO inside you. I heard dehydration can really hurt them. I ended up in the hospital.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
thanks everyone. im awake and waiting to head to my doc app at 8 this morning. gonna try to eat some ice and see if that helps cuz i cant keep water down for the life of me 😞😷
