🚨 Anyone else experience the feeling of their throat closing in the middle of the night while…

That happened to me. Idk why. I actually forgot it happened to me until you reminded me. I used to wake up coughing! It was scary! It did go away after the baby came. I just relaxed and went back to sleep. Kind of got used to it. I never thought to ask my doctor about it.

Yes sometimes it feels like my throat is really dry or something!

Maybe your not getting enough water hopefully it's not something worse... dry heat and the fact i don't drink enough does this to me

Really? Yea I wake up coughing and clearing my throat. I'm so scared to sleep after it happens. Last night I called my doc and she said to take a Benedryl and see if that would help. It just made me fall asleep so I'm not sure really. It's so good to know I'm not alone and that it may go away when baby comes. I had no clue you had it too @princesslina 😭

I drink about a gallon a day. But my house is pretty dry. I always thought that maybe I need a humidifier @mommywynn2017 thanks for the advice mama 😓

Yessss maybe it is because of dry air. And it did feel like a ball was in my throat. But yes I haven't had that happen since I had Angelina.
