So I'm not sure if I'm freaking out or what. I have an IUD, and my periods have been super regular. I have a tracker and it's always right 100% when my period is suppose to start. I'm three days late and I'm freaking out. I know having an IUD that it's almost impossible getting pregnant but I've read that a lot of women have gotten pregnant with Paragard. Am I just over thinking everything?

Anything is possible...There has been a number of cases with pregnancy while on any birth control....See your doctor @kcamps

My friend found out she is expecting her third child and she had the IUD. She has a baby who is 3, one who is almost a year old and she didn't want anymore kids but surprise! She had lost the IUD because they didn't place it right. There's been cases of getting pregnant regardless of what birth control people are on. I would contact your doctor it could be something else all together .

@mamaamari, well I've tried looking for my strings too and I can never find them! So either they were cut way to short or it went out of place. But I really don't feel any kind of cramps if it were
