Trying to get my 16 month old off of his bottles, he's use to getting one before his nap and before bed time. He drinks out of sippy cups, but when I take his bottles away he throws a HUGE fit. What would you ladies recommend?

Soft nipple sippy cups or let him have a fit @kcamps I got rid of bottles at 9 months.

I threw my daughter's bottles away at 7 months. Just picked them all up and tossed them in the trash. She cried but I let her. Eventually she got thirsty enough to drink out of her sippy cups. Now she drinks from sippy cups, straws, regular cups with help and I let my daughter cry it out during naps and bed time. She's not allowed a sippy durning those times unless she's teething or sick.

@mamabishop, @babynessa, thank you ladies! I'm just going to pack them up and get them in storage so I don't feel like I can just give it to him. I feel so bad but he has to get off of them.

Wit my daughter it was so bad she don't have no front teeth due to a bootle once they can hold it switch to sippy cup and remove all bottles out of they sight
