If you're concerned, a family therapist might be able to help. At least with a referral to someone who can evaluate him ☺ my home nurse was just talking about it.

My son is almost 3 and my sister in law thinks he has autism cause his vocabulary isn't so big as others his age..but my brother didn't speak good until he was a little over 3 ..when I took my son to the pediatrician he said he's fine as long as he can say more than 2 phrases..autism signs are like what a comment above stated..no eye contact ,dosent really socialize with others and other things ...

@batgurl820, I wouldn't say not talking is a sign, that early it's more behavior

My son is 23 months so idk if him not talking is a sign

My dad didn't talk till he was 3

No words really. And lack of communication. My nephew has autism 🙁
