No :( i eat fennel seeds wich app help. But i have no idea if it really does i just like the taste of it. Idk.

I honestly dont know. Lol i have large boobies so they can hold alot. Lol. I just feed on demand pump whenever they get full, definantly pump in the morning cuz thats when you have the most milk. Lol. @mdomke22
