Talk to the wic nutritionist to see if they have advice, I've listened to the nutritionist more than my sons doc & so far she's been spot on

Look into baby led weaning. We did that for caleigha. Also remember food before one is for fun so it's okay if she doesn't wanna eat just yet.

My son gagged on baby food...I started with banana and toast I think it has something to do with them being able to feel it and have some control and they do much better with it and more interested in food. @britt16 have you heard of baby led weaning?

Might be something that would help, gives hers exploring room..... She may also just be going through a phase and just want milk. Lots of info online, YouTube and books @britt16

Have you tried mixing formula with some baby rice cereal? I got Joshua started that way. I started mixing some baby food in with it after a while
