We've officially begun crib training. So far just putting her in it once a day for naps. Those naps are short and require a 20 minute tantrum before they happen. 🙄🙄 Really don't know what to do to make it any easier but it may help if my boyfriend would SHUT UP FOR TWO SECONDS.

Oh my god yes! I'm in the same boat right now.

@rachie901 really regretting not starting it earlier 😭 why I waited 7 months I haven't a clue.

I started crib training like naps at 1 month so she would always be used to it. My daughter falls right to sleep and sleeps all through the night in her own bed.

I honestly don't know what I'm doing. We're just learning as we go I guess. I've literally spent all day trying to put her to sleep and her waking right back up after her butt hits the crib. Ugh I need wine lol

@erica95 I wish I would have! We coslept until 3 months, then transitioned to a swing. That was supposed to only last a week or two but it ended up lasting 4 months. 🙃

Yeah my friend had just had a baby a few months before me and she didn't crib train either so it was really hard for her, I was just trying to avoid that lol.

@rachie901 same. She doesn't fall asleep if someone is holding her so I just have to plop her in there and hope for the best. I literally have no clue what to do to soothe her bc going back in to check on her just makes her more upset.

@erica95 we hadn't planned on any kind of cosleeping but when she was a newborn my boyfriend would make me stay awake and watch her in her bassinet so she wouldn't choke on spit up (she had horrible reflux). I couldn't not sleep so I just napped while holding her.

Oh yeah that makes sense. I kept her bed right next to mine so I could just look over and see her
