Ok ladies, I really need some advice...
so the court ordered parenting time for
my son 2 visit w/his dad. The order is for
all parenting time is to take place @ the library
only. So my question is what do I do
if his father is not following the order. My sons
father and his mother was tryin 2 take my son
4 an visit out da library. They argued me down that da order was 2 meet @ da library & they can take my
son anywhere 4 2hrs. The main purpose for visitors b @ the library because I'm not comfortable...
w/him bein w/his dad alone or his mother supervising it. I am doin everything on my end...following the order & his dad & tryin run games on me. I am so terrified, any advice on what I can do?

Call the police if they take your child elsewhere. Especially if it is court ordered.

Go to the police station show court order and request assistance for next visit. This does two things: lays foundation and protects you and baby.

You can request that someone from the state supervise the visit, call the court and ask where you'd get that info

You will have to go back to court. Going thur a legal system. now and cops don't get involved in a civil case

Take the court order with you just in case you have to call the cops cause they might want proof. I tried to take my daughters dad for full custody of her cause he wanted nothing to do with her. He never showed up to the parenting classes nor mediation.
