@pambays, yes perfect I was thinking that before breakfast do some around the house work out jumping jacks, squats leg lunges, and then before lunch the same thing and before dinner with cutting out all sweets and removing a carb
I can do some of that, I've got bad knees though so we might have to find substitute for me
