Ugh woke up earlier with a stomach ache and dizzy and shakey. Figured it was my blood sugar and tried to eat a peice of bread and some peanutbutter but it didn't rly help. Had a little bit of the runs but my stomach still hurts and I have heart burn and like my whole abdomen is sore. Any ideas ladies? Could this be due to my pregancy?

Firstly I hope you feel better. This could very well be related to pregnancy. I have had this happen to me a couple of times but as we always say if symptoms persist and or you experience any bleeding or cramping along with your symptoms don't hesitate to contact your provider. However, in my opinion (Even though I'm not a doctor) you should be fine as pregnancy symptoms do tend to be wide in range. :)

@babybearblue2 Thank you hunny. I have some aweful upper back pain that goes into my arm pits and shoulders. gonna try my heating pad and if it doesn't get better I'll go see someone
