Hey mamas!! How often does your baby nap/sleep during the day?? I have a scheduled nap routine but some days I want to do things but I can't cuz of his nap schedule and afraid it will interfere with his nap time and sleep duration. Just need some ideas of how you get your little one to nap/sleep so they get the proper hours of sleep a day. Thanks!!

Baeleigh naps from 10 to 11 AM and usually 2 to 4 PM. Some mornings I have errands to run so we skipped her morning nap but that never has affected her afternoon Nap if anything it makes her sleep longer in the afternoon. And she always sleeps from 7 to 7 at night. I've tried to get her on a one nap sleep schedule but that messed her up big-time for a few weeks so I decided to just let her keep sleeping 2 naps a day.

@baesmama, my son will be 7 months and he's on 3 naps a day now but I'm wondering if I should let him sleep when he wants. Except when he gets tired he whines and cries and I'm trying to avoid that. I just wanna make naptime easier on some days and less scheduled I guess

My son usually naps 2 times a day. I've tried to get him on a schedule but it never works

I say let him sleep when he wants to. I believe children will naturally tell us when they need to change to happen.
