Hot water w lemon and apple cider vinegar. It's gross. But 3 cups a day will help. Acv is antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal so pretty much whatever is going on it will help heal you

I suggest chugging it in gulps and having like soda on the side to help get the taste out
