Ladies there is so much to do here I don't know if y'all r looking for kids stuff or stuff n general. Gaylord resort is awesome not recommended for babies, they have a bar area night club beautiful scenery hubby and I go once a year. For kids great wolf lodge is next door I have never been( just had our first baby) I hear it's great for kids. Dallas zoo and ft worth zoo, downtown aquarium, arboretum, farmers market(so nice since the remodel) Eden organic garden, there is also several ranches like south fork I haven't been but they do tours, balloon festival n frisco not sure when, lots of towns have free movies n the park, pick up child magazine at the grocery store(tom thumb Albertsons) u will find lots of children stuff to do reading times at library. Also I can list a ton of fine dining if u enjoy quality food. Albiernats(my fav) fearings, Dakotas, mortons, nobu( my 2nd fav) nick and sams, we also have a ton of malls, north park being the best, then there is plaza of Americans downtown (ice skating) they used to have family night everybody for 10.00 also we have a lot of museums even for kids I haven't been to any kid ones but I know of 3 one at fair park one on skillman nw and the new one by the west end, also west end used to be neat to walk around but I haven't been down there in quite a few years. We also have six flags, hurricane harbor, nrh2o(my fav) Hawaiian falls several locations, ranger, Cowboys, stars, Mavericks, they also have Lego event downtown once a year it's awesome for kids I have been, the new park on bridge between downtown and uptown I hear has lots of events, more good food places that are hole
In the wall my fav aww shucks Greenville ave, hook line sinker Mckinney ave, manny's uptown, then regular dining that's good is mi cocina(my fav) cafe Brazil(best breakfast) for kids amazing jakes Plano is neat place been to a birthday party once but I don't know too many other bc I don't have bigger kids and my sons a baby. There is a lot of jump places now I see. Also I'm not going out anymore for like years now but we have a ton of nightlife bars clubs Mckinney ave, Main Street, Greenville deep ellum( not my scene but popular) also we have lake Lewisville I hate not family friendly party scene, Ray Hubbard my fav and joe pool also nice not to far away we have canton trade days I so love and Mckinney trade days never been same as canton but smaller. I could go on and on but there is a ton to do in DFW happy to give suggestions or answer questions
I'm not too sure what there is to do in Plano but my best friend use to live there I can always ask her but grapevine mall is a good choice. Rain Forrest cafe, lego land, sea life. I'm sure there is more to do there but my 4 year old son had a blast there. If you haven't been there you should really go but prepare to be broke when you leave it's kind of pricy, lol.
