Hi all! My baby is one month already. When should I start sleep training??

Not exactly sure but we just started sleep training at 6 months after the huge sleep regression! I feel like any effort put in before that would've been whipped away with the regression

I recommend reading the book 12 hours of sleep by 12 weeks old. You can find it on Amazon!!

A lot of people say when they are r months old....i started once she came home
