So I'm 39.5 weeks and yesterday I had my membrane sweeped. I'm 3 cm dilated & 80% effaced, I've been having cramping and a lot of BH. In my family, my mom and my sister didn't have any painful contractions and the only way they knew they were in labor was because they had a doctor appointment... and my doctor also delievered my sisters baby and says I'm gunna be very very similar to my sister's labor... I also had sex tonight and have been loosing parts of my mucus plug all day & ive been walking like crazy, any suggestions or feedback to help?! My due date is Sunday... ugh it seems like no matter what I do nothing helps...

That's how labor started for me, had sex and lost my mucus plug. an hour later started having cramps, not "contractions" I went to the hospital because I had intuition that it was time. my experience wasn't like anything had described, and if I hadn't had a feeling I probably wouldn't have known haha. my only advice is, if you have a feeling just go to the hospital. better safe than sorry!

@sarahbelle, I kinda have a feeling but I've been in and out cause I've had false labor, so I don't wanna go in and then sent home again! Ugh!

honey I think your in the start of labor I would get checked to be sure
