January staff appreciation accomplished! Recreated the tag from one I saw on the world wide interweb. We (the PTA) focus on the entire staff, not only the teachers so most ideas I find online have to be massaged to fit. Also, there are over 100 staffers so some creative adjustments have to be made for volume as well 😉 It takes some time each month but I have to say... spending time thinking of & creating ways to show appreciation is good for the heart and mind.
