So as of late I have been experiencing this really bad pain in my left knee so bad it wakes me out…
So as of late I have been experiencing this really bad pain in my left knee so bad it wakes me out of my sleep when I try to bend or straighten my leg! I had it for the first time this past Saturday and it was gone by Monday now it's back ive not gained any weight yet from this pregnancy but I've never had pain like this anyone else have this ?

I did, they told me bc my hips were expanding it threw my walking off which affected my knees

@allyk.xmommy did you have it in one knee or both this so far has only been on my left knee

Mine was my right knee. My hips killed me too. Try stretching your hips and knees. Also try a cloth knee brace and bengay. I would let your doctor know though just to be safe
