Has anyone suffered with migraines prior to being pregnant then after pregnancy they come back for a mean vengeance? My migraines are so bad lately and numerous times a week sometimes a couple in one day. My doctor said I may have to stop breastfeeding to go back on my migraines medication but idk how I feel about that. Not breastfeeding would seriously disrupt my sons whole routine. But I need to do something they are just so bad😕

I had one migraine my whole pregnancy and a week after they returned but I didn't find medication that worked until after I gave up trying to breast feed. Are there other medications you can try that are safe

My doctor said no they all will get to the baby through my milk. They said to think about it till I go back next month and to contact my neurologist and see what he saids. Otherwise they recommend me stopping breastfeeding😕@amanda4592,

I'm not very successful at pumping. I'll probably just have to deal with them for awhile @amanda4592,
