A sticker chart or an M&M every time he goes in the potty. And if he keeps forgetting try underwear instead of pull ups or even letting him be completely naked if the underwear still don't work. And ask every 20 minutes or so and keep reminding him that if he tells you he needs to go that he gets a treat.
Bribery. Lol. I had to reward my son with tiny pieces of cookies (yeah, I'm a bad mom, lol). I got him in real underwear with his favorite super heroes and told him how upset they would be if they got peed on. Any time I used the toilet I would make a HUGE deal out of it and reward myself with the cookies (because YUM!) and he was able to catch on. It takes an average of 8 months to fully potty train so don't get discouraged if he doesn't get it right away.
