Does anyone have any advice on drinking coffee while breastfeeding? I'm exhausted half the time during the day. I try to avoid caffeine but lately I've been drinking coffee to give me some energy. Will this affect my baby's sleep?

My Preemie was on caffeine at one point so I never had issues with drinking coffee. Just watch out for extra gas or diarrhea when you drink it but baby should be okay. I'm a zombie without caffeine too.

I was told you could have a cup a day as long as you drink 3 bottles of water to help keep hydrated!

I drank it occasionally when I was pregnant so I don't think he's that sensitive to caffeine. I've cut down this week but drank it all last week. I hope there is no difference. I

I drink a cup a day like a 12 oz cup . My dr said that's fine just drink slot of water too and dint drink more than a cup . I breast feed exclusively
