Okay ladies, I feel kind of dumb asking this but my anxiety has been on an up kick for a couple of days and I still have my anxiety meds that my doctor had me stop taking while I was pregnant and they're not expired or anything, would it be safe to take one now? It's been almost a year since the last time I've taken one

I did, I kind of had to take one! If it's bad it's bad. Like as long as in your heart you think baby is healthy and okay I would.

@theycallmemom, yeah I think I'm gonna take one because I don't want my anxiety to take me to where I know it's capable of taking me especially being a first time mom, I just figured I'd ask just in case there's anybody out there that had anything crazy happen the first time they took an anxiety med post partum especially with of all the crazy hormonal changes the body's already going though; thanks so much for the response!
