Wipes. Lots of wipes! But you may want to test a few brands out before you stock up on them. My daughter reacted to one brand, so I'm glad I didn't get a ton of it! Other than that, onesies, socks (can also be used to cover their hands so they don't scratch their face), baby monitor.
A few sleepers and onesies, diapers, something to wipe them, wash cloths or wipes, baby soap, baby lotion, some swaddle blankets, burp cloths, if you are bottle feeding a couple bottles and a way to sterilize them... if breastfeeding, you will need breast pads, and maybe nipple cream... oh also maybe a diaper rash cream... my kid was allergic to most of them so we stick with Vaseline!

I'd say wipes , baby powder (your choice) , bibs/burp cloths , bottles , pacifiers & baby lotion
