This is my 2nd one. The odds are greatly in your favor for it to be correctly placed. I wouldn't worry about that. My fiance goes inside me everytime since I got it. It's meant to prevent pregnancy so your odds of even maybe getting pregnant are very unlikely. They also don't always end in ectopic or miscarriage but from what I've read seems like it's more likely than carrying to full term. All in all I would just do your thing and not worry about it. That's one thing I loved about my Mirena was not having to worry about condoms. You also won't for sure end up pregnant or have ectopic or MC. I had my first one for 4 years and never had a scare or problem.
As far as I know it's placed in correctly. As I hope.
It's very very unlikely. If the mirena is placed correctly and staying in the right place it should be working correctly. I know a lot of women on it who have never had an issue with it

Having an intense debate on Facebook about school fees for public school. I'm in the "stop whining about school fees and stop having kids if you can't afford them" camp and there is the other camp of "free school is a constitutional right! It's bull s*** we have to pay anything at all".
