What do I eat before my glucose test? Or does it matter?

No carbs nor sugar

Eggs are great and filling

What time is your test? I couldn't eat or drink anything after midnight!

@micgennyy i was told eat or drink what ever i want but after you drink the stuff nothing after that

I was told to fast 4 hours before the test and only drink water

I had peanut butter toast before mine and passed...they told me to eat normally but nothing too high in sugar

Did you get instructions? Mine said not to eat or drink anything an hour before drinking the glucose drink and then nothing after. I ate eggs and turkey bacon the morning of my test

I was told eggs, toast nothing sugary!
