The fmla gives you a guarantee that your job stays there after 6 weeks. If you want more time then that, then you wouldn't work. I worked at home when I had my son and I had 12 weeks. I took 3 weeks off and then had my son and then took 8 weeks til I had to come back. And that was Sykes. Not sure about another at home company
