Neither of my boys liked carrot. I didn't even try baby rice with Max. Maybe a fruity porridge. Or banana & apple, has always been a favourite.

Baby rice doesn't seem to be popular at all with anyone 😕 got creamy porridge and banana too xx

My best advice Hun is leave it a week or two and try again I fed albie at 3 months he was ready because he took the food if yours isn't maybe he isn't interested yet don't rush it I know how annoying it is when people comment on feeding babies but give it a weeks break and try agin then if not interested leave another week etc xx

Just giving some advice Hun. First time weaning babies are going to be fussy in some cases. New flavours and textures. So I would keep trying with the foods he's not fussed on ATM. Keep trying it could take loads of attempts. @lukesmummy2016, xx

he takes a little @holliesinead but he screams at me after finishing his bottles like he's still hungry. I'll leave it for a week and try again. I'll let him have a bit of rusk he seemed to like that but we'll just keep trying gradually. this weaning stuff is intense and we haven't even started properly x

Have you tried him on hungry baby milk or adding baby rice to milk? X

yeah I tried hungry baby milk but it didn't change anything and the hv said to change back as it didn't change anything. we tried baby rice but he splat it back at me 😕 it's just like right ok luke don't really know what to do with you now xx
