My baby shower is on Saturday. I'm so excited except for my social anxiety. There are going to be so many people. I haven't had a birthday party since I was 11 due to my social anxiety. I'm not sure how to handle it. Luckily I'm going to have my SO by my side. Just hoping that I can escape for a few mins to breath when need be. 😬
