It's gonna be a long day. Bath felt amazing last night but then sciatic started acting up and both legs hurt so bad. Got semi-decent sleep but today the right leg is still pretty painful and the left a bit sore. Got a 12 hr shift ahead of me and I'm not looking fwd to it. It's must be from everything shifting and stretching.
