I need some input on IUDs and the arm implant ones. I've been against them in fear they will get imbedded in my cervix. I take the pill currently but since I've recently become sexually active again I'm terrified of getting pregnant again because sometimes I get side tracked and forget my pill on time 😶 so what are some of your experiences with them, are they more effective then the pill, how have you ladies liked them or disliked them. Thanks !!

I love my Mirena, I am on my second. I hates my Paraguars though, it really screwed with my cycles. They are more effective than the pill because it is consistant birth control.

I'm on the Mirena. I haven't stopped bleeding every day 24/7 since I got it in August and it also make me gain around 16 lbs. they gave me a pill to help stop the bleeding but I was still bleeding and a side effect was weight gain...

I've been on the nexplanon the implant in the arm and it works perfectly. Once inserted your body will adjust but every woman is different. Mind you its all estrogen, for me I didn't have a period at all and it worked amazing
